Bachoco USA is seeking a Manufacturing QA Supervisor for the Fort Smith, AR Plant 2 location.
Summary: Assures the accuracy of the traceability, handling the hold and release products in SOI/CAT2, setting templates in CAT2.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates the tracing process of the mock recall information, ensuring full product traceability and compliance readiness.
- Performs product traceability investigations to identify and track products during mock recall or recall-related events.
- Supports audit readiness by organizing and presenting mock recall documentation for auditors during inspections.
- Manages product hold and release transactions in the SOI & CAT2 systems.
- Develops and maintains standardized templates in CAT2 and QASPC to improve documentation consistency and process efficiency.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises one employee in Quality Assurance. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, governmental regulations, and technical procedures to aid senior managers in performing their job. Ability to assist senior managers in writing reports, business correspondence, and other procedure manuals. Ability to assist senior managers in preparing reports for effective presentations to customers and national accounts.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database Management systems, Contact Management systems; Human Resource systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
