Department: 1856 - Plant Two - Refrigeration
Shift Hours: 8:00 pm to 5 am - Wednesday to Sunday
Pay Rate: $ 21 - $ 28.50 / based on assessment

Summary Installs, maintains, and repairs refrigeration machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Repairs and maintains spiral freezers, engine room, air units on the roof, boilers, compressors, CO2 system, air pressure in the plant, batter coolness, hot water heaters, chilled water, and plant temperatures.
Performs checks on bulk oil levels for fryers and drains on the roof.
Handles defrost on spiral freezer and plant.
Monitors temperatures in freezers and the plant.
Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery in refrigeration and spiral freezers.
Fills out logbooks.
Performs written checks on the boilers for OSHA.
Assists contractors.
Operates power equipment such as scissor lift or forklift to move and install parts, motors, etc. Must pass all requirements to be a PIE operator for O.K. Foods.

Education and/or Experience
