Summary: Perform various tasks and aid Management in reports, PMs, and other daily functions.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Generate, print, and close out, sort, distribute, revise, and verify the return of weekly Daily’s tasks, Dynamics, and Statics PMs.
  • Collect data and send reports to Management.
  • Monitor and update GMP and SQF books.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for internal and external audits.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use MP2 program and daily basis.
  • Ability to create new PMs.
  • Communicate with vendors on routine maintenance tasks.
  • Collect and record Maintenance Downtime.
  • Update Master Maintenance Training Register.
  • Maintain hiring packages for new employees.
  • Keep accountability and safety for maintenance power tool check out the program.
  • Fills in for Maintenance Parts clerks.
  • Bilingual strongly preferred.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

 

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Inventory software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
