2nd Shift - Cooler - Forklift Operator

Shift Time:  2:30 pm -  EOS

Pay Rate: $ 16.50 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.  Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Operates a forklift or power-jack to move and load product; Uses a forklift or power-jack to move pallets; Loads outgoing shipments; Unloads incoming shipments; Completes paperwork; Counts materials in stock and posts totals to inventory records; Fills in for fellow employees when needed due to absences, vacations, production needs, etc.; Down stacks products when needed; Performs physical inventory of all materials in the warehouse; Cleans the warehouse floors. Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.  The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
